Wines
We exclusively produce wines from the Riesling grape. But we do this in a great variety. There are juicy estate wines, animating Kabinetts, inspiring, rich in content Spätlese (Late Harvest) wines and the nectar-like Beeren- and Trockenbeerenauslesen (Berries and Dry Berries Select Picking). Furthermore we have fine sparkling wines and a choice of interesting liqueurs and spirits.
All wines, whether dry or sweet, are almost completely vinificated in big 1000 liter oak casks. Each of them thus interprets the distinctiveness, structure, mineral content and fruitiness of the classical Moselle Riesling on a very high level and with all the specialties of its individual origin.
Individuality is something to which we attach importance. But of course we also attach importance to something else: our wines must offer pleasure in drinking, from the basic quality up to the top level wines. Because we think that stomach and spirit both ›must come into their own‹.
